Works for the following models:

Ford F150 1999-2006

Ford F250 1999-2006

Ford F250-550 Super Duty 2002-2006

1. Insert 1st original key into ignition switch and turn it ON. Wait 1 second and turn it OFF. Remove 1st key and within 5 seconds insert 2nd key into ignition switch.

2. Turn ignition switch to ON and wait 1 second. Switch ignition OFF. Remove 2nd key and within 10 seconds insert key to be programmed into ignition switch.

3. Turn ignition switch to ON and wait 1 second. Switch ignition OFF. Start engine.

Ford F150 2007+

Ford F250 2007+

Ford F250-550 Super Duty 2007+

1. Insert 1st working key into ignition switch and turn ignition switch ON. Wait 3-10 seconds then switch ignition to OFF.

2. Remove 1st key and within 5 seconds insert 2nd working key. Turn ignition switch ON. Wait 3-10 seconds then switch ignition to OFF. Remove 2nd working key from ignition switch.

3. Within 10 seconds, insert new key to be programmed. Turn ignition switch to ON. Wait 3-10 seconds. Start engine.

4. If engine doesn't start and warning lamp flashes. Turn ignition switch to ON, wait 30 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF and repeat procedure.
